Saul brings to GLC over 40 years of broad based experience in law, public service, business, finance, licensing, distribution, media and technology services. Saul began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney specializing in the prosecution of sexual predators. As a corporate lawyer, Saul became General Counsel of both private and public companies.
Saul held senior level positions at DocuSign and Play-By-Play, where he established licensing and distribution networks throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. While Chief Executive Officer of Rivals.com, Saul led the company during an exponential growth period, and established the first internet premium content subscription service. As President of Renaissance Strategies, a consulting firm, Saul was retained by Fortune 100 companies and venture capital firms to secure strategic partnerships and turn around troubled companies in their portfolios. Clients and partners included Microsoft, Yahoo, Disney, and Warner Bros.
Saul’s singular experience and breadth of understanding of the confluence of law and business has made him invaluable to law firms, legal departments, and elite legal talent.

Dana is an experienced legal recruiter. She worked at a California-based recruiting company, where she successfully placed attorneys at boutique, regional, and international law firms, with an emphasis on the California legal market.
Prior to recruiting, Dana was a commercial real estate attorney with Pacifica Law Group in Seattle. At Pacifica, Dana assisted public and private clients with their complex commercial leasing needs. In addition to her transactional practice, Dana began her legal career as a commercial litigator at Miller Nash LLP. Her background as both a transactional attorney and litigator contributes to Dana’s broad understanding of the legal profession and milestones necessary to build a successful practice.
